Nothing at all good at ARIT, here are facing 15 - 20 Resignations Per Month in IT, No Growth, Full Burden of Work, Not Work-Life Balance, they expect you if know the name of tool you are master of that tool, at last they will Increase your notice period without any intimation, officially it's 60 Days but it can increase upto 90 - 95 Days as they wish.

Teammates are good, most of the people are Locals of Jodhpur who can't leave their Native Places, Nothing in Financial or Technical Growth.

Hiring Policies They Dont want to grow with technology Too much politics ACs gone turn off at 6pm and if you working after it then you have to fight with management to have table fan at your desk. There is no any management team only one RKP sir is everything for Jodhpur, what he knows about IT is the real else everyone knowledge is nothing, he always manipulate things and good decisions taken by teams.
