I worked In AQ for 2 years but full time only 1 project I got to work and if any new project requirement was there, my manager used to put another developer in that but not me due to which all teammates shifted to another project and I was the person who was left to work on Project support ......... So not much skill development. Even they made me work on the weekend during notice period when I requested for early relieving I had to pay extra even for upcoming weekends not only working days. No comp off given for weekend works. HR Says that we pay for Saturday Sunday also as working day so no matter if you work or not we have paid you the money for weekends. Managers Words - You worked on weekends because you were not able to finish your work. Even Salary hike not satisfying after becoming child company of Milward Brown. Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
