Work life balance depends on team wise but in CPG team excellent work life balance. Work environment is good they worked on latest technologies like MVC and you can learn a lot from the senior they helped in every phase.

Dislikes

They don't have leave policy which is some time good for taking leave but if they don't have leave policy so you can't take paid leave money in your full and final settelement

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
