My experience there was horrific. I left there in 2016 and it is 2024 now but I am still writing this review. So you can understand that how traumatic my experience was there. I used to get nightmares about these people even a few years back.

Colin Stone is not the CTO-Chief tech officer. He is the CTO-Chief Trauma officer. And Indy Sarkar is not the CEO-chief exec officer but the CEO-Cheat Every One. I mean look at the name of Indy, it's Indrajeet I guess in reality but they dont find Indian's cool. Colin once gave me a 1hr long lesson on why India is bad is a country. Being a BA I had to create solutions and present to them, they'd shout at everyone in front of the entire office. And this was with the entire product team. I pity any Product person working there. They also cheated us by adding a monthly pay-out component in the salary which was 10% of the in-hand salary. So if you leave before completing 1 year then they would deduct the whole component in the fnf. To add perspective, if your monthly in-hand was 1L, and you left the company on the 11th month to completion of the year they would deduct 11*10k which is 110000 from your fnf. The whole company is built on bad culture and abuse. Would never recommend it to even an enemy....Read More

I donot recommend Analec for those who seek for a professional and good environment. They doesn't allow you to grow. The management is worst. No job security. They do not value the hard workers. Who ever is accepting all the non sense they say, they can be in safer side. If you are a loyal employee, you cannot survive here. Indy Sarker, CEO of the company always takes non sense decisions which doesn't have any logic for the improvement of company nor employee's growth. Rahul Mittal, the VP of finance team is like the personal PA of the company. I have not seen such a bad individual. If they doesn't like you, then they will remove you from the company..
