I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It's the most worst company I've worked. Firstly what they're doing in amvotech is a scam. They are not doing the legal work. And they're gonna make u work under someone's else's profile from USA which is almost 8 years to 12 years experience and it's not possible for a person with 2 or 1 year experience.
