There is a sense of safety and security in the organisation. The company treats all employees equally and provides with measures for everyone's' safety. Flexibility is provided during the time of this pandemic and travel arrangements have been made free of cost for employees who do not have personal transport.

Dislikes

The compensation and appraisals could be improvised and training programs needs to start up .

Work Details

My work is sometimes hectic and requires dealing with clients and vendors across the country. It could be challenging sometimes but its fine provided the learning and experience that is gained.
