Dislikes

Doesn't care about the employees who are with company, ready to hire someone from external and give 30-40% hike, where as internal employees will get 7% hike for the same role with low package compared to market

There are many experienced engineers who can be a good source of learning

Dislikes

Too many managers after the acquisition of OSRAM who don’t understand the culture or core competence of ams They all drive towards goals that are unclear or unreasonable The share price shows how much the analysis and investors trust ams strategy

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
