 Job Responsiblities :

 To prepare detailed plan for the timely execution of the assigned project(s)

 To develop research tools as per Terms of Reference and Technical Proposal

 To interact closely with Data Collection team(s) to ensure timely collection of quality data

 To analyze data in SPSS / STATA and write detailed research reports offering evidence-based solutions

 To prepare PowerPoint Presentation and present it before the client

 To develop winning research proposals in response to tenders

 To prepare Powerpoint presentation and present it before the Bid Evaluation Committee

 Eligibility :

 Ph.D / PG in Social Sciences / Agri. Rural Development / Public Health / Economics / Management / Other related disciplines

 2 9 years of experience in conducting qualitative quantitative research studies

 Computer savvy with excellent command over written verbal English

 Preference to candidates having knowledge of SPSS / STATA

 Renumeration :

 CTC Rs. 9 - 18 lakh per annum, based on qualification, experience and competence level.

 Appointment :

 This is a full-time regular position. Initially, the individuals will be appointed on a probationary basis for 1 year. After successful completion of the probation period, the candidates would be absorbed by the organization with benefits, such as, PF, Health Insurance, Medical Allowance, Self-Development Allowance, etc.
