About the Position

CSRBOX is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager Monitoring Evaluation (ME) to support and lead the monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts for our social impact programs. This position will play a key role in ensuring that the organization s programs are effectively monitored, evaluated, and adapted to achieve maximum social impact. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the social sector, possess a strong analytical mindset, and demonstrate a passion for using data and evidence to drive positive change.

Responsibilities

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Develop and manage comprehensive ME frameworks, plans, and tools for various social impact programs.
Design and implement data collection, analysis, and reporting systems to track program performance against key indicators and outcomes.
Conduct periodic assessments, surveys, and impact evaluations to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.
Ensure alignment of program activities with donor requirements, organizational goals, and sector-specific best practices.
Collaborate with program teams to define clear indicators for success, track progress, and identify challenges.
Provide technical assistance in designing ME methodologies, including baseline studies, mid-term reviews, and end-line evaluations.
Monitor and analyze program data to assess trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement tools for monitoring the progress of beneficiaries, activities, and deliverables.
Compile ME findings and develop reports that highlight lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations for program improvement.

Capacity Building and Knowledge Sharing:

Build the ME capacity of program teams by conducting training sessions, workshops, and providing technical guidance.
Promote the use of data and evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by facilitating the sharing of findings, insights, and recommendations across teams and stakeholders.

Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement:

Prepare and submit regular ME reports for donors, government agencies, and other stakeholders as per project requirements.
Present findings and evaluation results to senior management and external stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
Maintain effective communication with external consultants, partners, and stakeholders for evaluation studies and assessments.

Data Management:

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of ME data, including the maintenance of databases and records.
Oversee the integration of ME data into program management systems, ensuring that program staff have access to the data they need in real time.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Master s degree (compulsory) in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Monitoring Evaluation for social impact programs with at least 3 years of total experience working in the social sector, with a focus on development, education, healthcare, or other social impact areas.
Experience with designing and implementing ME systems, data collection tools, and evaluation methodologies.
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis techniques.
Proficiency in ME software and data management tools (e.g., MS Excel, SPSS, STATA, or others).
Excellent report writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated experience in data visualization and preparing presentations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
