Only benefit is salary is on time. Not much pressure of work.

Dislikes

Salary is low According to profile. Behaviour of managers is disgusting.

Good learning for fresher, but don't settle in this company for more than 1year.

Dislikes

Company had fired lots of thier employees during both first and second lockdown. Company management also pressurized employees for resignation as well just to hire new resources on less pay. Advice to Managers- Please treat employees as family members and think before pressuring them for resignation as they too have their family to look for.
