Hire & fire policy, if you are 1 min short in completing 9hrs shift, salary deduction is for full day, not even half day or leave. No half day policy. You can not move out from office premises during office 9 hours. You never know when you loose your job all of sudden. During the exit HR tells that don't put negative comments after leaving the company otherwise there is negative BGV to your new employer. Don't go by positive comments by scared ex employees better look for another opportunity...Read More

Thank you for putting in a review. However, sir correct facts are: 1. We have Flexi Timings from 9 AM to 9:30 PM and anyone can come IN or go OUT any time, and as many times as one wants. However, total duration in office, on a working day should be 9 hours. 2. There is no restriction in moving out of office any time and multiple times as explained above. 3. We provide 24 leaves per year i.e. average 2 leave every month. Please be brave enough and tell us who asked you “not to put negative comments”. This is a blatant lie. We can well guess who you are - you have worked here for less than a month. We understand that you are offended. You were asked to leave because of a misbehavior complaint from a female colleague and subsequent decision of the disciplinary committee. You must realize that these things are not acceptable in any company. We request you not to accuse the company without any reasons and forget that incident. Please remain fair and honest in all your reviews.
