I have joined JP Morgan now and i see a big difference. One example, at AMPF 1st the candidate was selected and a pool was made and all the new project and opportunity was given to them. But at JPMC 1st the new project or opportunity is brought to table and people can nominate later the candidate is selected based on time availability and skill set. Job security is good they managed covid well.

Job security is there always, there is a mix of people, few totally agrees with management even in wrong decisions, management need improvement at all levels, company policies are good and one can relax relating to policies,many activities happen all the time, more than the work, its an activity oriented company rather than work oriented one

A change in Management Behaviour is required big time, also improvement in skills of leaders as Leaders in Ameriprise cannot be looked upon as leaders, they cannot motivate or provide any skill to employees, management thinks that if they are giving more money to people then they are the best and do not listen to their staff, there is hell lot of politics, if you want to survive there then you need to comply with leadership even jn wrong doings or decisions everytime, you do not get training properly, totally rely on SOPs...Read More
