First of all they will hire you, that this is a finance role which is totally not. It is a pure data entry work. If you are a finance graduate/ post graduate don’t go for this job it’s a pathetic role with zero growth in future. The work done here is totally data entry nothing else. No work life balance

It's a good company in terms of policies, work, culture but not in terms of compensation, work life balance and growth and development, it's below average.

Dislikes

Task on daily basis and pressure to perform such tasks. If you take leaves more than a day, you have to compensate for that one extra leave day work in upcoming days as you have to complete the target for the month end. This gives you no relaxing period and always you will be in pressure to complete the task.
