In this company I like about only for limited work purpose because in 6 months employee is already know that job security and company policies are very bad

Dislikes

Very disappointing for saying culture is very bad and if you new in this company none other employee to teach you how to work and company policies are only for management and if you would to go in some Qc and other post politics are very bad in this company . HR only select management choices person for those post.

I struggled a lot in the beginning and present . I learnt everything on the job. I do not got a chance for promotion and this not help me to work here for long time .

Teammates were awesome, training was great and even depends upon one's willingness to learn & explore hisself/herself, job security was nice, career growth is bit tough, salary/appraisal was nigligible, no travel involved, no politics, learning was great, working environment was nice, innovations again depends upon self & lastly as far as work-life balancing is concerned toh its like i never found that compromising but yes seen many people over there sacrifising rather i should say compromising thier social lives....Read More

The only disliking factor was there of pay nothing else.
