You have flexibility in working but, only on papers, you need to keep a minute on minute report. You need to be available for chats, the timeline is 5 mins within you are tagged on a message. How is it even possible? What if I am vetting a content that needs all my attention, I have to leave all that and keep an eye on skype to check who's texting, if you are not replying within the timespan you'll be thrown out of the company, without giving you a chance or even listening to your opinion.
