The management is as slow as a snail. They expect the associates to work as machines , no Tl-associate meetings take place. No further developments happen/no career developments. You would be stuck in the same position for years if you are not one of the TL's pets. Politics is the greatest out of any company you can imagine.

I like the fact that the company is flexible with leaves but it doesn't come easy. You need to push.

If you are in the call centre business, the only exposure you will ever get is calling. It's very simple either you meet the targets or walk out the exit door. A lot of politics and sweet talks in promotion.
