There was zero layoff during the covid health crisis, so job security is never a concern. Top management and leaders are very empathetic and motivating, making it the best working culture. Management always takes decision centric to employees. During covid crisis, 50 % incentives were guaranteed in addition to the fixed salary. The Brand Only. I Don't Know How The Employees Work Outside India, But Here The Culture Is Very Bad. Infact There Is No Proper Communication Between anybody. When i joined i never thought i would leave the company because was lucky to be selected at American Express. But In India, It is pathetic.
