American Express always encourage a work-life balance culture, whether you are hired as FTE or contractor for the organization. It gives an ample amount of opportunities to grow which is impecible for any tenured or a fresher employee.

I guess apart from limited access to system for contractors is the only restriction which doesn't allow contractors to learn more about internal domain knowledge

Salaries have drastically dipped, nowhere in competition with market. Internal job movement strategy is working for them, transferring low skill employees to high skill, people take roles thinking it's a growth opportunity, but later realise no or minimal monetary benefit.

Everything is just excellent. If u hv the will to work. Skill, they'll take care, only if u r willing. People are good and bad in every company.
