Great work life balance. Feedback is valued by everyone as long as it’s constructive. Your physical/mental health is given priority. Team interactions are taken seriously.

Dislikes

Very low salary compared to fin tech companies. Visible politics need to played to climb corporate ladder. Leaders are very authoritative and they try to delegate 60-70% of their own work. Hierarchy exists and some leaders enforce it. Work from home is not encouraged.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
