AmEx has ~12,000 employees in India out of which ~11,000 are in tech, data analytics, backend teams of overseas markets, customer care executives etc. Their work is very defined & sorted. Work is defined to get over in 9 hours. Then there is India Market team, which has stretched targets, long working hours etc. But overall company culture is good.
