They pay good as per the market standards and job timings are fixed.

Dislikes

Rigid environment and no flexibility with zero learning. Growth is too slow and most lower level management position are not given on paper.

Work life balance is not good as when you are at work you can nkt even think about other personal things as process is designed in such a way that no flexibity is allowed.
