Job security is good at this place, flexibility is dependents on the team, some team provides good flexibility. Mostly dealing with German clients as headquarters is in Germany. In some teams onsite opportunity is there, but mostly for few months. Everything is good for onsite employees.

Work culture is not good and lots of politics, classic one man show, managing director decides every little thing, centralised power with MD, team manager has no deciding authority, everything has to go through MD, employees required to move near by office, if they don't it affects their performance review,as it is one of the company policies. Shift timing is there but no benefits like cab or free food provided for people who work in shifts. No extra wages for employees who work on weekends, weekend are off for some teams, some teams work literally every weekend. Don't expect proper corporate culture. Performance review is done April but revised salary is always from October, they hold it for almost six months, that's the company policy.
