Please don't go by the brand name. They will treat you like a slave. They will give you graveyard shifts and non stop calls. Growth from L2 to L3 is impossible so don't expect. People have been working as customer service associate since 4-5 years as well with no increment. You don't have incentives and bonus as well only once a year. They expect you to take 90 calls a day and breaks when they ask you to take break. You can't even take break according to your own wish. Big drawback is training given to employees and sudden change of roles, it scary at first as we get confused to handle things without proper training, it's like jump in water and you will learn swimming, most do learn swimming and do excel, but I do think they need to improve on training especially for customer care associates.
