They says there are no targets but Indirectly they pressurize you to complete the target, even after giving 100 percentage, they pressurize again and again. No career growth, repeated tasks. Worst shifts. Ultimately waste of time.

Nothing there are not giving permanent role as a customer associate position they hire and fire when contracts going to be end.They have ended my contract after 6 months no job security and manager is also bad forcing to do night shift .
