Work life balance as a manager is poor. We feel like working all day long when ever there is alarming situation my process does not a have proper mechanism to address rather than disturbing us in non working hours even we are in sick leave. We work more than 14 hours a day. You wonly get promoted and appraised based on working more people who only work 9 hours are lease bothered.
