The work is more like a redundant job and the tools are specific to amazon. So the work we learn is not much useful outside, but the skills we learn is helpful.

It would be better if the HRs and the higher level managers would be more serious on taking suggestion/complaints and work on employee growth. All they worry about is are about the employees at higher level or outside India. Lower level employees are treated like labors. And the cafeteria food is very unhygienic, and the price is very high with respect to quantity.
