Though the company has a very clean and transparent process for people evaluation, promotions still EOD it's humans who henpeck people.. if your manager is not biased you can't help though there are channels that can be escalated which seldom of us choose.

Bad in giving promotion There are only non tech roles in this company In the portal we can see many jobs as tech but when you go through the role 90% are non tech not even related to tech Worst jobs, similar to BPO Don't get fooled by thinking these jobs as tech

Their policy about work is getting worse day by day. If we don’t have work we can’t roam around and do something in laptop. We just have to stick to the laptop no matter what. They have blocked all the other websites that can entertain us when we don’t even have work.
