The work culture was great. Employee benefits as well as work from home provisions were good.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management politics, personally in my department there was no scope for growth. People were in the same designation for a long time, sometimes even a decade

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

It was great. For my process it was mostly night shifts but we got paid extra for working in such odd hours

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
