Worst management. They are fit to work in a fish market or a chor bazar. Hypocrisy is on peak. Specially the female managers are born to be an apple polishers.

Only the salary compared to other companies is "ok" not a huge difference but a very slightly better.

They asked us to select permanent wfh or wfo. People from different "States" selected permanent work from home after which they are now asking to move to Karnataka state only to work from home from there. Total torture and stupidity. Answer to why they are doing this is "business requirements" when asked. One more thing, if you havea bad imune system, you must not work at Amazon as you cannot seek promotion or any sought of growth or good apraisal being in Amazon as if you become sick, you will need sick leave. If you take sick leave, they call it UPL(Unplanned leave). If you take UPL, you are not even eligible for any interviews for internal promotions....Read More

Company had very good culture before Covid but nothing is likable in this organisation now, its just the leadership principle that Amazon is Employee Centric Company, I am sad to mention that it not, as there is no one to listen to actual working category.

Dislikes

No hikes, no transparency in Internal job postings, no attention to employee's concerns. The skills which we use and responsibilities which we handle at amazon is basically useless for other companies and that's the reason people are bound to work for Amazon as their skillset does not match with Any other organisation's requirement.
