On most occasions, the company is flexible towards employee on most of the basic things which makes them far better destination than any other companies in the Customer Service market. Apart from certain rare scenarios of company having to be stringent for reasons with their employees, its a better place to work as an employee on most of the basic factors in a company

The fact that ther is a huge chain of command and to pass a message of a lower level employee as an idea of improvement takes long time to reac resulting in most of the times the idea or the message not reaching the appropriate person although there are mechanisms built in place.
