Last Friday it was my turn to organize fun Friday virtually ( since my team is fully remote) . Since manager told to start the funfriday with a joke, a shared my salary slip through share screen. Everyone laughed ( 23k in hand with 3 year experience at a fortune100 company 🤣)

If you're thinking to be an SDS Associate then step backward a bit. Its the worst role at Amazon where you've to deal with customers over phone calls. The job has no security at all as there are multiple times you will be given warnings.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and me management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good salary hike a d bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doens't address our issues. Salary is of decent but career growth is slow. There is s bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. O. The job training is not given to new joinees

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was on formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
