Helping each other on various task .. then my manager he is so cool on handling the work flow and timely delivering results and more conscious on quality overall I learnt a lot ... Good work culture, defined job requirement. Great training and guidance provided.

Salary is a big downside for the company, the base for entry level is very poor in the market. Night allowance are also below market standards, the company has insane politics due to its diversity and no visibility from HQ. Intense micromanagement brought in many differences and disliking factors at work currently.

Work Details

Exposure is close to nil, unless lucky enough to bag a retail project with visibility. The management hogs away the limelight, the team bonding is appreciable which help achieving great milestones for the company. Good journey overall, great learning.

Liked their work culture and also had a work-life balance. You learn a lot about warehouse management, handle escalations, your email etiquette will be enhanced. Apt people to learn or enter the path of supply chain operations.

Dislikes

Job security. They promise to hire you back after an important break but once you go back they don't keep up their promises. Career growth is a little slow due to heavy competition, compensation could have been better.
