It's really good 🙂 good work environment and asking for everything culture and teammates are supportive and the Management is transparent. Company policies are very good, and more importantly they give good salary hike and bonus everyday year

Altruist is pathetic company , focusses only on their profits and treat their employees like Donkey's or Laboratory Rats, their working hours is more than 8 which is illegal and they don't pay for months and forced you to Resign, even after this they will not give your FNF or Experience Letter.. all the Top level Manager's are İnhuman, they form İnhuman polices for employees , all my colleague resigned one by one and so i did and now i am so happy...Read More

Working in this organization is terrible it's just like u r working on contract basis or they can through you any time whenever they want. And regarding salaries its just like ROBORRY they are like white colour theives they will not give u incentives they will not give proper salaries. most important thing is they will always searched a way to cut ur salary and will not give u on time always deley to give salary .regarding growth u can learn how to presuries employees and how to cheat u can learn here in this organization. And in covid situation they even not allowing employees to work from home ask them to come office u can emagine how carefull they are for the employees.
