It was terrible experience of mine with Altruist , because at the time of interview they told you don't have any sales target the sale you'll make it will be your incentive but when i reached on the floor It was all about sales and target if you don't achive your daily target you have to delay your lunch, you have to stretch your shift ,you have to face some words from you TL that you don't deserve so there no customer service it's all about sales....Read More

According to fresher, Salary is good. There is no job security because I am working in Axis Bank process and if I do even a single mistake I will have to quit job because if i will do any mistake it harm Axis Bank customers. I think if i do my work properly there is no chance of quit this job.

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
