Zero work life balance. No appraisal. No job security at all especially to the girls. The Assistant Manager Qodesh Johnson he has a very bad eyes towards girls, totally unsafe for them to work under him.. Environment is not also good at all. I didnt receive my FNF yet and my 60 to 90 days already over.i sent mail also I got my experience letter but not my FNF amount. I am highly dissatisfied with this issue.

No salary increament policy for L1. Leave need to inform by email 2 week before. Only 10% salary increament after IJP. Which may take more than 3 months. Without giving any position on paper getting work done for RTQM, TL, QA. Not having a good cafeteria, washroom. No incentive to be created on time. No transportation facility.
