It is a day shift job. Rarely night shift. In the 20 months I have worked here , I did not have to do night because 2 staffs were available. I got to do work from home for 7 months. They will give WFH only in Pandemic or overall emergency situation. They will take you even if you are above age limit or disabled.There is only 9 hours, no overtime other than emergency situation. Shift timings within 07:00 am to 11:00 pm.Job which has no targets except if you are in mail team .The quality team will not be that strict like other companies, where you can lose your job.On every Saturday music and dance is there....Read More

No PF for new employees although more than 400 employees.They will make the new employee click some link in which they have to give approval that they do not want PF & ESI facility. Not good Canteen facilities and not enough space in Canteen.If you want to eat at 01::00 pm you will get seat at 02:45 pm only.Even after 20 months on job the Hr did not give me ESI card (although I did not ask),although I had hospital expenses many times.You have to coax them for everything.You will get the same salary.No increment in this company .Never take any system from the company for WFH as when you return the system to get back your amount in final F&F settelment, it is a huge process and in most cases 10,000 Rs is deducted from your settlement although the system is with company .But they will say some reason and deduct the amount.It has happened to many employees. You have to coordinate with TL, manager and Hr .Many approval mails have to written. I followed up at least 4 months after returning my system . They will not give you experience letter only Acceptance letter of relieving which is not professional for such a big company.They will not change your process even if you have health issue related to present process.There is not any extra employee benefits like other companies.But all the above is very understandable because the average salary of all employees is very less than the industry standards.Most people are from good families and hence are able to survive, others leave the company.It is good company for people who are near from the company and specially good for women....Read More

As of my experience is good but as of promotion not get by company and should of my mistake I get terminated not for me it's for everyone it matter what company has given to u it's a good chance to get better communication whatever I learn but for others thas her own perspective

Salary increment don't given a second chance to the person if they got mistakenly every company will be understand that the employee if he was honest but as of situation they can't tolerate so u should have to co-operate with each other it's not a moral.support just a big heart to see what that person will get affected after he got terminated after working for so many years
