Concern doesn't care about employee welfare and no hikes even we work for years there is no place for genuine growth only way to grow is to just clap hands for higher officials nothing much.

No leave available in emergency even medical problem.They force to employee to resign asap. No job security and career growth is too slow.

Very nice opportunity to me , work in this organisation 'comeing to work , as every human being suffered with work pressure , because as every human being can't take this much stress , because in this organisation has very long-length product is there , in future plz increase the package for every individual , create very goodgreat products and change in new calling system and add chat process very , and use more chat process , so that everyone individuals can go fast in communications , so easily everyone's can communicate easily with customers with out of the box , then see the results of yours products . Last not least , don't take more time on products explanations , because it will do brain wash for everyone's individuals , take workings and give some space for mental and physical like games or brain games or ask to everyone individuals , how to do products more sell with using the thinking out of the box , give respect to everyone individuals in organisations, because team leaders leads team as baffols , team leaders using buse words on floor , please overcome that matter ....Read More
