Irrelevant interviews will setup for project change and even if profile not matching also they ask us to give interview. No proper planning for resources management and project allocation. Like we have lots.

Company cares a lot about their employees. Projects are normally good, so there is no reason to worry unless you find a bad manager !

Sometimes, work life balance goes for a toss especially when you are part of banking project. Otherwise, in all other projects, it's pretty good.

I hope someone who's reading the previous reviews takes it to leaders. Leaders, please look into what's happening in west geo, there is a lot of partiality. The he*d f talent acquisition is extremely partial towards west geo,,and the west geo has onyl one vendor who does all the closurss... A trainagle benefits systems.. everybody gets a favour, in many way.. as monetary and also in personsal affairs ... This is not how system runss.. I know this review will also be removed. Micro management. They dont value their employees, they value their client only. No job security. Client consider and treats us better than Altimetrik. If you have a valid reason and even if the client is okay, Altimetrik manager force you to come to office.

Easy onboarding but very late to associate with the client. Managers are not considerate to know what is happening with the folks. Employee not valued.

Lot if instability. They are not able to find suitable job profiles of clients to associate. Unclear of what they work on.
