One should be away as much as possible from this organisation as they are not treating their employees well. I had terrible experience over there. I will not recommend any one to get job over there because of poor management.

Owner has more mood swings than any girl. He needs mental treatment. As a company owner he has no sense and kind of maturity of how to behave with employees. They don't care what you performed, just interested in satisfying his ego. If this will be the last choice, then also I suggest to not join this company.
