To enhance and develop my skill and knowledge regarding Health and Safety into the company wherein I know the organization is aware of his leadership and commitment to Health and Safety Standard for the welfare of the workers. As a Sr. Safety Officer in the company its also my responsibility to impart my knowledge by way of conducting effective training for the company as well.

As a Sr. Safety Officer as far as I'm concerned I don't have any dislike to the company because I was not a former employee of the company.

As ex-employees (06836) I saw Company owner always think about employees and Superior always support to juniors, but HR department they will not think employees problem they think they are the Company owner

Not a dislike, but from my point of view company should think who left from company in pandemic (corona periods) like me, actually 2021 i took a leave from company I came in India to save my family, but after 20 days they called me from HR department you are terminated. I request please don't do this but they didn't.
