This company does fake promises to the students that they will provide placement of minimum 5 LPA, there is no such thing exist in their policy and if you don't want to waste your money then don't ever reach to alambetter for any placement assistance

It has been a pleasure working with such a great and dedicated startup like AlmaBetter. This being my first full time job and first ever experience working in a corporate set up, I would like to give all the credit to my overall growth trajectory to AlmaBetter. The level of confidence I've gained, be it skill development and the working culture is pretty seamless too.

No Job Security Cut salary for months and then lay off suddenly. Founders know nothing about how to run a company. Didn't gave appraisal as well. Didn't get any funding since last 1.5-2 years.

No job security. You'll get laid off without any notice any day. Extremely poor experience in total. After they terminate you, they'll not even pay you the severance and final settlement. They give 0% value to their employees and the services they have provided. No increment or any other benefits. After laying off employees, and notgiving them the settlement, they are hiring again and this shows their professionalism....Read More
