Need Advice 🙏

We had a client and recently our project has been taken over by "X" company. So client referred my name for the same designation to "X" company. "X" company reached out to me and we had a discussion. But suddenly my company got to know about it. And now they have sent and email to "X" company management to not contact our employees. In this situation I am losing out opportunity to work with Giant MNC. Please suggest me how should I slip out of this situation and get into the X company. I Note: I have worked 4 years on that project. Had many things learned.

Not single thing.

Dislikes

No appraisal after one and half year. Management is too much into politics. Do not have process to take KT of new projects. They keep changing process every month. We are under paid n they do not give process training and skill upgradation. Managers favour their minions. Culture is not good n HR don't connect with employees.

Never join Allied digital please its a request there are no professionalism over here no policy nothing after getting release also they will trouble you for completing the FnF it took me more then 70 days to get it

Just made good colleagues over here that's it rest all is 0 specially the management they don't care about project bus paisa aaraha hai project se aanedo or engineers ko ghasnedo Also your manager will share your salary with everyone
