This is a great company without doubt because it is 1. people friendly 2. lot of budget spent on people development and training 3. very humble senior management who is ready to listen and listen 4. Very strong in Financials and is a global giant. 5. Lot of opportunities to switch roles if you are ready to learn 6. Good to have this brand on your CV

Dislikes

1. Wish they have offices in cities other than Pune and Trivandrum 2. some jobs cant work from home 3. In some areas, promotions are given only when a higher role is vacant.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
