I joined the company in 2001 December and till present I am so happy to be part of this lone chlor- alkali manufacturer of Kuwait.

Dislikes

Absolutely nothing.

Work Details

I have worked in various departments such as production, projects and QHSE. When they decided to purchase Safewater Chemicals, UAE, an old chlor- alkali plant, they deputed me over there as operation manager and brought back to Kuwait after the mission.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
