I personally hate the work culture at the company. The majority is Biharis so expect discrimination and reference status. They'll only push their bloodlines and relatives. Others are just a guest for 2 days.

The HR is pathetic to even understand why people resign . IT INFRA Security is under such a person who don't even understand TCP Stacks, forget about IT security laws . IT Security materials are procured with exponentially high price with no end to end implementation.

Management of alkem are really too good & it's a tof 5 pharmaceutical industries in india & alkem cares about employees & always stands with employees. Alkem treats with employees as a family member.

Work life is balanced , plants works in 3 shift, salary on time before completion of the months, Leaves credited in to the account at the time of joining on pro rata basis, mediclaim is free for employee his spouse and 2 dependent, if you ask for relocation amount and fnf amount with HR, THEY PROVIDED ,job is secured if you are not doing any DI Violation.

Worst culture hai ye log maze keliye paresan karte hai, agar tumhai lagta hai tum mehenat kar ke acha kam karoge to sab thik rahe ga to ye tumhari galatfemi hai ye log tabhi pareshan karenge. Kahin pe bhi job karo yahan mat karna domestic company se bhi bura hal hai yahan
