I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. This is the worst company ever, don't even think of getting interviewed, hr department is full of liars and non-reliable A-holes, i would specially like to mention Ankita Sunil kumar, I don't who smoked what before appoiting her as an hr/salary negotiator, she is highly unprofessional probably illiterate, wasted ao much time of mineand a few of referrals in the company, the company representatives are so ill mannered and unprofessional that they will claim that they can provide you a certain amount as a payout but when the final decsions has to be taken they loe to you again and just to maintain their "parity" they will reject your candidature saying they now can offer a lakh less from what they initially confirmed and accepted you for, but would not have enough guts to convey that over call or email, wated so much time and energy with this sh**-bags, refrain from going there...Read More
