Alight does not give proper appraisal. If you align with 8 goals and out of that if you miss to achieve any one goal also then you will not be at par for management. They will simply overlook you on other 7 goals if you have achieved those with expectations. Lot of employees biased issues. Very less consulting and cross functional learning opportunities.
