The most important thing about my job is I am permanent faculty member so I have job security. If I talk about work culture it's average . AMU is highly safe for women employees but a bit patriarchal in terms of given positions and leadership.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike is conservative work culture and no space for constructive ideas and working in teams.
