I work in client location so I have no idea about company office actually but people are gentle in behavior and they listen to employees. Work and life balance is good here. Team members are helpful and friendly. Salary is always on time. Shift time is good. Alternate Saturdays are off. On-boarding process is good.

Dislikes

Reaction time high. Company don't disclose all client policies to employees. Salary range is poor and so as the increments.
