It is very good experience to work in Alembic as always new systems are implementing towards regulatory requirements. There is lots of scope to learn always new and I got much more Chances to growing my skill in this aspects since last 10 years

Dislikes

During my tenure I never faced any issue in ALEMBIC, no limitation for work. It depends on by own. I fully satisfied in this organisation. Still I am working in Alembic pharmaceutical after successful 7yrs.completion.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
